Zanthoxylum bungeanum ( Moderate amount ) | Aniseed ( 5 ) |
Red pepper ( 1 ) | Garlic ( 5 cloves ) |
Onions ( 1 root ) | Ginger ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make braised noodles with beans, potatoes and meat

1. Prepare materials, cut them and set aside!

2.Cut the beans and potatoes, and keep some noodles for later use,

3. First stir-fry the meat, add the pepper and aniseed and stir-fry for one minute, then add the onion and ginger in turn Fry the garlic until fragrant, add soy sauce, beans and potatoes and stir-fry
