Pork belly: nourishes yin
Ingredients
Cooked noodles ( One pound ) | Bean King ( One pound ) |
Pork belly ( 三两 ) | Chopped green onion (appropriate amount) |
Minced garlic ( appropriate amount ) | |
Sugar ( Appropriate amount ) | Salt ( Appropriate amount ) |
How to braise noodles

1. Prepare one pound each of beans and cooked noodles
2.Prepare slices of onions, ginger, garlic, and pork belly
3.Blank beans in boiling water until medium cooked

4. Heat a frying spoon and pour in appropriate amount of peanut oil.Add a tablespoon of sugar, turn off the heat until the sugar bubbles and turns red.Add the pork belly and stir-fry.When the meat turns red, add a tablespoon of light soy sauce and a third of a tablespoon of vinegar.Turn up the heat and stir-fry, then add the onions, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

5.Add the beans and continue to stir-fry.When the beans and meat are melted and feel smooth, add two-thirds of the salt (according to Adjust to your own taste)

6.Add one and a half spoonfuls of water

7.Put in the cooked noodles, cover, turn off the heat and simmer
8.When the soup is thickened, it is best to use the remaining soup to cover the noodles-

9.Turn down the heat to minimum, stir quickly with a shovel and chopsticks

10.Turn off the heat and eat
