Ingredients
Beans ( 6 roots ) | Pork belly (a small piece) |
Noodles (One serving) | Onions ( Adequate amount ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Soy sauce (appropriate amount) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Pepper powder ( Appropriate amount ) |
How to make braised beans and noodles

1. Prepare the required ingredients , wash and break the beans into appropriate sizes.

2. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil.

3.Cook the noodles until medium cooked.

4. Cool the water and set aside.

5. Slice pork belly and green onions.

6. Add a little oil to the pot.

7. Sauté the shallots.

8.Add pork belly and stir-fry until it changes color.

9.Add the beans and fry until they change color.

10. Add water and simmer until beans are cooked.

11.Add noodles, soy sauce, salt and pepper powder.

12. Stir-fry evenly, cover and simmer until the noodles are cooked and the soup is reduced.

13.Pour out.
Tips
Cooling the noodles after cooking will prevent them from sticking and make them more chewy.The beans must be cooked thoroughly, otherwise they are poisonous.
