Simple way to braise noodles

1.Let’s make a big collection

2. Add water to the pot and steam the noodles for 10-15 minutes

3.Wash the bean sprouts and cut vegetables.(I don’t eat fatty meat, so I use pure lean meat. The pork belly will be more fragrant.)

4.After fifteen minutes, take up another pot. When the pot is hot, add oil and fry the meat first (the lean meat will be more tender if mixed with a little starch).Add bean sprouts, green beans, garlic moss, salt, thirteen spices of chicken essence, chili noodles, and more soy sauce.Add some noodles and need to color them

5.Add appropriate amount of water and bring to boil

6.Pour all the noodles into the pot with water and stir

7. Mix well and then put it into the steamer and cover it for 3-5 minutes

8.That’s it, let’s eat
Tips
In step 5, adding water is the key.If you add too much, the noodles will be sticky. If you add too little, the noodles will be dry.I added a bowl and a half for four people.water, but each family’s bowl size is different. Please add water after careful consideration. If you make it twice, it will definitely turn out well.
