How to make cold lotus root slices

1.1 Prepare the ingredients: wash and slice the lotus root, pepper the millet, cut the garlic into sections, wash and set aside the coriander.

2.2.Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and bring to a boil.Pour the lotus root slices into the pot.Cook for 3 minutes and remove.

3.3.Prepare a large bowl of purified water, soak the cooked lotus root slices in cold water and cool them down.Finally, drain the water and set aside.

4.4.Adjust the sauce:
Put in the bowl: millet pepper, Sauté chili noodles, scallions, garlic, and white sesame seeds in hot oil until fragrant, then add two spoons of light soy sauce, two spoons of mature vinegar, one spoon of oyster sauce, one spoon of white sugar, and half a spoon of dark soy sauce, and stir evenly.

Tips
Do not blanch lotus root slices for too long, otherwise the taste will be affected.
