| Chive flowers ( 250g ) | Dried fragrant flowers ( 200g ) |
Garlic ( 10g ) | Oil ( 30g ) |
Salt ( 5g ) | Soy sauce ( 10g ) |
How to make stir-fried and dried chive flowers

1. Prepare all the ingredients, wash them and set aside.

2. Chop the garlic, cut the chive flowers into small pieces.

3. Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic until fragrant.

4. Pour in the dried fragrant seeds and stir-fry for 30 seconds.

5.Pour in the chive flowers as well.

6.Continue to stir-fry evenly.

7.Add appropriate amount of salt.

8.Add appropriate amount of soy sauce.

9. Stir well.

10. Remove from pot and plate.
