Ingredients
Dried yuba (100g) | Carrot ( Half root span> ) |
Cucumber ( ¼ root ) | Garlic ( 3 cloves ) |
Light soy sauce ( one spoon ) | Oyster sauce ( one spoon ) |
Salt ( Appropriate amount ) | Oil ( Appropriate amount ) |
How to stir-fry yuba and carrots

1.Soak the yuba in warm water

2.After soaking, wash and cut into sections

3.Peel and slice carrots

Tips
