How to make spiced edamame

1.Soak the edamame in light salt water for about 10 minutes, rinse well, put it in a pot with cold water, and add peppercorns, star anise, bay leaves, cumin and cinnamon.

2. Bring to a boil over high heat and then stir-fry over low heat for 20 minutes.

3. Add salt and turn off the heat.
