Ingredients
Rice ( 1 bowl ) | The sea Shrimp ( 8 pieces ) |

Recipe of Cumin Prawn Tomato Baked Rice

1.Prepare the main ingredients! Put the rice into the pot and cook; peel and devein the shrimps and set aside; cut the onions into small cubes and set aside;

2.Pour an appropriate amount of oil into a pan, heat it up, add cumin seeds and stir-fry until fragrant;

3.Put in the cleaned shrimp and fry for one minute;

4.Add onions and sauté until fragrant; then add tomato paste and sauté until cooked;

6.Put it out into a baking pan and sprinkle a layer of it on top Put the mozzarella cheese into the middle rack of the preheated oven: bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes until the surface turns golden brown!

7. Take it out and let it cool before eating!
Tips
If you don’t have shrimp, you can use meat instead! Beef or mutton are fine!
