How to make seafood risotto with tomato sauce

1. Cut tomatoes into cubes, onions and garlic into cubes, and dice celery.Soak the rice for one hour.

2. Heat olive oil in a pot, add garlic and onion and saute until fragrant.

3.Add tomatoes and appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry over low heat until the juice comes out.
