Ingredients
Shiitake mushrooms ( 3 ) | Pho ( half catty ) |
Pak choi ( 3 plants ) | Soy sauce ( 2 spoons ) |
Peanut oil ( appropriate amount ) | Salt (appropriate amount) |
Garlic ( 3 cloves ) | Black pepper ( a little ) |
How to make mushroom rice noodles

1.Prepare all ingredients, wash, cut and set aside

2.Put a little peanut oil into the pot , heat up, add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

3.Add the mushrooms and fry until cooked

4.Add the cabbage and stir-fry until semi-mature

5.Pour in the rice noodles and stir-fry together

6.Add a little salt, soy sauce and black pepper, stir-fry until flavourful, and serve immediately
