How to make milky sticky rice cake

1.Mix rice flour + milk + egg yolks evenly; add sugar to the egg whites in two batches and beat until creamy (I forgot to take a photo of this).

2.Add the beaten egg whites into the rice paste in two batches, gently up and down Mix well.

3. Place non-stick oil paper on the bottom of the mold, brush some cooking oil around it, and pour in the rice Paste, shake gently a few times to eliminate air bubbles.

4.Pour cold water into the pot, turn to low heat and steam for 30 minutes, then simmer for 5 minutes, invert into a plate.
