Mung beans ( 1 handful ) | Barley ( 1 handful ) |

How to make mung bean and barley porridge

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Mix three ingredients including barley, mung beans and lotus seeds, wash them and soak them in water for more than 1 hour ;
