Yam ( 500 grams ) | Orange ( Four ) |
White sugar ( Two teaspoons ) | Salt ( a small spoonful ) |
How to make orange yam

1.Four Oranges

2. Fry the oranges into juice, add sugar and stir evenly

3.Peel and clean the yam and set aside

4. Boil water in a pot and add yam

5.Cover and steam for ten minutes

6.Steamed yam

7.Put it on the cutting board when cool and cut into evenly sized sections

8.Put the chopped yam , put on the plate

9.Pour on orange juice

Tips
Before peeling the yam, apply a little vinegar evenly on your hands to prevent itching.Add a small spoonful of salt to prevent oxidation.Steam the yam for ten minutes.It is also good to eat it iced.
