Ingredients
Pumpkin with skin ( 60g ) | Xiaomi ( 50g ) |
| Oatmeal ( 40g ) | Rock sugar ( 3 pieces ) |
Purified water ( 3 large bowls span> ) |
Recipe for healthy pumpkin oats and millet soup

1. Prepare the following ingredients, pumpkin with skin, millet and oatmeal.

2.Cut the pumpkin into 1 cm square pieces.(Wash the pumpkin with the skin clean, the pumpkin with the skin is more nutritious)

3.Xiaomi Tao Wash well and pour into casserole.

4.Add the chopped pumpkin pieces.

5.Add three large bowls of water.

6. Then bring the casserole to a boil over high heat.

7. Turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes, until the millet blooms.

8.Add instant oatmeal.

9.Add rock sugar and cook for another five minutes.(Stir once or twice with a spoon to prevent sticking to the pan)

Tips
If using raw oatmeal, add it to the pot with the millet.Remember to stir a few times in between to prevent sticking.
