How to make sweet potato rolls

1.Wash a sweet potato, cut it into small pieces, put it into a steamer with cold water and steam it for fifteen minutes.

2. Put on disposable gloves and press the steamed sweet potatoes into mashed sweet potatoes, then put them into a large bowl , then add appropriate amount of flour and yeast powder.

3. Then add a little water and slowly knead it into dough.Place in a warm place and let rise for half an hour.

4. The risen dough will be honeycomb-shaped, then knead it evenly again and roll it into a large cake shape , brush the surface with a layer of oil.

5.Then roll up from bottom to top.Look like in the picture.

6. After rolling up, cut off both ends of the strip with your hands, and then flatten it slightly with the palm of your hand.Cut with a knife as shown in the picture.

7. Then stack 2 pieces 1 on top of each other and pinch them with both hands.You can understand it by looking at the picture.Wake up for another ten minutes.

8. After waking up, place the Hanamaki in cold water and steam for 25 minutes.

9. Turn off the steamed Hanaki and simmer it in the pot for three minutes without opening the lid.Just load it into a plate
Tips
The sweet potatoes I use are those grown at home.The hearts are not that red, and the rolled rolls are not very yellow either.Therefore, when purchasing, you must choose sweet potatoes with red hearts.It's just that the color looks good, but the nutrition is actually the same.
