Ingredients
Lao Tofu (1 piece) | Pork belly (half a catty span> ) |
Onion, ginger, garlic ( appropriate amount ) | Oil, salt, sugar ( appropriate amount ) |
Light soy sauce, cooking wine ( appropriate amount ) | Black fungus ( a little ) |
Chopped pepper ( a little ) | Corn starch ( a little ) |
How to make tofu boxes

1. Wash the old tofu, put it in a pot of boiling water and set it over high heat.Steam for 10 minutes

2.Pork belly minced into puree

3.Onion, ginger, garlic, black fungus minced

4. Heat the oil and stir-fry,

Tips
