Ingredients
Adzuki bean ( 100g ) | Barley ( 50g ) |
Lotus seeds ( 5g ) | Rock sugar ( appropriate amount ) |

How to make barley and red bean porridge

1. Wash barley, red beans and lotus seeds and soak them one night in advance.

2. Pour an appropriate amount of water into an electric stew pot (rice cooker) and add pitted red dates..

3. Press the electric stew pot (rice cooker) to cook porridge for about 1-2 hours.

4.After cooking, add rock sugar (appropriate amount) and simmer for another ten minutes.
Tips
1.Red beans and barley 2:1 (don’t worry about burning the pot)
