Ingredients
Mustard wheat noodles ( 2 strands ) | Ready-made meat sauce ( 0.5 Jar ) |
Cucumber ( 0.5 root ) | Carrot ( 0.5 roots ) |
Chopped green onion ( appropriate amount ) | Water ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make noodles with meat sauce

1.Prepare noodles and other related ingredients.

2. Wash the cucumbers and carrots, cut into shreds and set aside.

3. Boil half a pot of boiling water.

4. Blanch the carrot shreds.

5. Blanch the cucumber shreds.

6.Drain the two blanched strands and set aside

7. Stir-fry the canned meat sauce with the soup.

8. Boil water and cook noodles.

9.After the noodles are cooked, use cold boiling water.

10. Drain the noodles.

11.Plate and serve.
Tips
