How to make Garlic Green Bean Noodles

1.Heat oil in a pan until hot, pour it out and let cool

2.Put the noodles into the pot, pour in the cooled oil, and stir evenly

3.After the noodles are fully coated with oil, cover the pot and steam for 20 minutes

4.While steaming the noodles, we prepare the stir-fried vegetables, mince the garlic, break the green beans into small pieces, and slice the meat

5.Put half of the minced garlic into the pot, fry the meat, and add the green beans

6. Stir-fry for a few times, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, appropriate amount of water, cover and simmer for 5 minutes

7.Put the remaining half of the minced garlic in a bowl, add vinegar and sesame oil and set aside
