How to make noodles with sauce

1.Choose phoenix mushrooms, ham, green onions, and peppers and set aside

2. Fry the noodles in water and let them cool.Remember to stir them with chopsticks so that the noodles don’t stick together.

3. Put the pork in the pot, stir-fry over high heat until it is eight times cooked, add the ham and phoenix mushrooms , stir-fry until cooked and add diced green onions and diced peppers.Serve on a plate.Wash the pot

4.Put oil, soy sauce, barbecue sauce, and three tablespoons of water into a clean pot.Slowly reduce the sauce over medium heat, then add the fried cooked meat and stir-fry over high heat until the sauce completely penetrates into the meat.Finally, add the noodles, stir-fry over low heat and serve.
