How to make fried noodles with diced colored pepper

1.Red pepper, cowpea, diced parsley, shredded onion, diced green onion, sliced garlic, set aside.

2. Take the leftover strips out of the refrigerator, rinse them in cold water, and dice them.

3. Dice the beef.

4. Pour oil into the pot, heat the oil 70%, add beef and stir-fry.

5.Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, allspice powder and stir-fry.

Tips
