Spinach: enhance immunity, antioxidant, protect eyes and improve eyesight
Ingredients
Spinach ( a handful ) | Longkou Vermicelli ( 1 volume ) |
Ginger powder ( A little ) | Boiling water ( One pot ) |
Light soy sauce ( 2 spoons ) | Aged vinegar ( 1 spoon ) |
Sesame oil ( 1 spoon ) |
How to make spinach with vermicelli

1.Wash spinach Net and spare,

2.A handful of Longkou fans

3. Boil the water and cook the vermicelli until soft and remove it.

4. Blanch spinach in boiling water until raw.

5. Remove and squeeze out the water,

6.Cut some minced ginger and mix with the vermicelli, add light soy sauce, mature vinegar and sesame oil.

7.Pour in spinach,
8. Mix together and serve.
9.Sour, salty, appetizing and refreshing!
Tips
1.If you add light soy sauce, you don’t need to add salt and chicken essence.
2.The ginger tastes better if you use small turmeric.
