Ingredients
Rice ( 1 bowl ) | Shiitake mushrooms ( 5 ) |
Carrot ( 1 root ) | Sausage ( 1 root ) |
Salt ( 5 grams ) | Chopped green onion ( Several ) |
Oil ( 15ml ) |
How to make mushroom fried rice

1.Clean the mushrooms, carrots, and sausages and dice them separately.

2. Heat the cold oil in the pan, add the chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant.

3. Pour in diced mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant, immediately add chopped carrots.

4. When the carrots change color slightly, pour in the sausage.

5. Pour in the rice and stir-fry.

6. Press and stir-fry evenly.

7.Pour into a bowl and compact.

8.Use a plate to invert and turn over.
Tips
It would be better if I could put some cucumber in it, because I don’t have any at home.I like this combination.
