Ingredients
Carrot ( 120g ) | Eggs ( 1 ) |
Onions ( appropriate amount ) | Flour ( 220g ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |

1.Wash the carrots and grate them into shreds with a plane.

2.Cut the green onions into thin sections, crack the eggs and set aside.

3. Add eggs and green onions to the bowl of shredded carrots, add flour, water and appropriate amount Salt into batter.

Tips
1.Be sure to fry over low heat so it won’t burn easily and the cake will be crispy.
2.If you like a crispier texture, add more oil for frying.If you add less oil, the pancake will be softer, but it is healthier to use less oil.
