How to mix soybean sprouts with vermicelli

2.Soak the vermicelli in boiling water until soft, then remove and drain.

3. Shred the carrots, cut the onions into flowers, mince the garlic, wash and drain the soybean sprouts.

4. Boil water in a pot, add soybean sprouts and carrot shreds and blanch for 1-2 minutes Until ripe.

Tips
Just soak the vermicelli in boiling water for a few minutes.
Crispy soybeans are small oil beans from Sichuan.They are very crispy.You can use fried peanuts or cooked white sesame instead.
