Spinach stems ( 400g ) | Garlic ( 10g ) |
Salt ( 2 grams ) | Sugar ( 2 grams ) |

How to make garlic spinach stems

1.Pick and wash the spinach stems, peel and chop the garlic

2.Pour appropriate amount of water into the pot, add a little salt and oil and bring to a boil

3.Add spinach stems and bring to a boil

4. Remove and drain the water

5. Heat oil in a pot , add garlic and sauté until fragrant

6.Pour in the spinach stems and stir well

7.Add a little salt and sugar and mix well

Tips
You can also add chili to stir-fry the spinach stems.Just add a little sugar and it won't taste bitter.
