How to make Korean potato pancakes

1. Prepare all ingredients

2. Peel and cut potatoes into cubes, wash and cut onions into cubes.

3.Put potatoes, onions and water into a blender and blend until pureed.

4. Wash the green and red peppers and cut into circles.

5.Add eggs to flour

Tips
