How to make scallion rolls

1.A handful of green onion leaves

2.Chopped

3.Chop into small pieces

4.Add chili

5.Add salt

6.Mix well

12.Put it in a steamer to let it rise

13. Steam for 25 to 30 minutes and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.I steamed it in a rice cooker.If the liquefied gas is powerful, it won't take so long.

14.Chop it with a knife after it cools slightly.Note that it means "chop", not "cut" ", so that it won't stick.This is different from cutting a cake.Cutting cakes requires "standing" and cutting pastries requires "chopping".

Tips
