Ingredients
Pork ( half a catty ) | Shiitake mushrooms ( 3 ) |
Spring bamboo shoots ( 1 piece ) | Onions ( appropriate amount ) |
Free range eggs ( 1 piece ) | Tofu skin ( 3 large sheets ) |
Salt ( a little ) | Chicken essence ( a little ) |
Light soy sauce ( a little ) |
How to make spring rolls

1. Prepare materials.

2. Chop the pork, cut the mushrooms, spring bamboo shoots and green onions into small dices, and cut the tofu skin into small pieces.open.

3.Put the meat filling, mushrooms, spring bamboo shoots and green onions together, and pour a little bit into the filling of egg liquid.

4.Add appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence and light soy sauce.(You can also put some grated ginger, because I don’t like grated ginger in the stuffing, so I didn’t put it in)

5. Just mix them evenly.

6.Take a small piece of tofu skin and put meat filling in the middle and lower part, brush the tofu skin thinly a layer of egg liquid.(Brush with some egg wash to make it softer and easier to wrap)

7.Fold both sides Start and brush some egg wash on the top.

8. Just roll it up from bottom to top, just one.

9. Follow the steps in Figure 6-8.

10. Then heat the pan and add oil, put the prepared spring rolls into the pan and fry until golden.It can be fished out.

11.A pot of fragrant spring rolls is ready.
