Ingredients
Flat water surface ( half a catty ) | Beans ( 2 taels ) |
Mung bean sprouts ( 2 taels ) | Chili padi ( one ) |
Ginger powder ( a little ) | Dark soy sauce ( a little ) |
| Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make steamed beans and noodles

1. Steam for 20 minutes on the water surface

2. Add grated ginger and chilli padi and stir-fry until fragrant

3. Pour in the prepared beans and mung bean sprouts, add appropriate amount of dark soy sauce, salt, and stir-fry Out of water.

4.Put an appropriate amount of water to cover the beans and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.

5.After the noodles are steamed, take them out and break them up with chopsticks.

6.Pour the steamed noodles into the beans and stir evenly.

7. Put the mixed bean noodles into the plate and steam them again for 5 minutes., turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes.Finish!
