Ingredients
Thick noodles (appropriate amount) | Carrot ( Half Root ) |

Oyster sauce (a small amount) | Vinegar (a small amount ) |
How to make colorful fried noodles

1. Prepare the ingredients, peel the carrots and cut them into thin strips, remove the gluten and wash the snow peas , shred the lean pork, peel and flatten the garlic.

2.This is thick noodles.I bought them ready-made and half-cooked.If not, use thicker noodles and blanch them until half cooked, then drain them under cold water and set aside.

3. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add a little salt.Pour a little oil into the hot pan and spread the eggs into Thin egg pancake and cut into strips, cut green onion into flowers and set aside.

4. Prepare a small bowl, add a little light soy sauce, oyster sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar, and pepper , chicken essence, water and appropriate amount of salt into a bowl to make a juice and set aside.

5. Heat oil in the pot, add shredded pork and stir-fry until golden brown.

6.Add carrot shreds and snow peas.

7. Fry until soft.

8.Add dough.

9. Stir-fry until the noodles are evenly coated with oil, then pour in the prepared sauce along the edge of the pot , stir-fry evenly.

10. Stir well and then add eggs, sprinkle with chopped green onion, turn off the heat and mix well.

11. Remove and serve.

Tips
The noodles are semi-cooked, so basically all the ingredients are passed through the frying pan.
A very simple and quick noodle dish.It is more convenient and time-saving to make the required condiments into a sauce before pouring it in!
My family basically eats delicious fried noodles every now and then.There are no restrictions on the ingredients.I have added onions, mushrooms, vegetables, tomatoes, dried tofu and so on.I can eat it in different ways.It is very good!
