How to make cold mung bean sprouts

1. Wash the mung bean sprouts and blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes.Take it out and pinch off the water.

2. First put the minced garlic into the blanched mung bean sprouts, then pour in the light soy sauce, Stir vinegar and sesame oil evenly.

3.Finally add some coriander to enhance the flavor (if you don’t like coriander, add some green and red) Chili shreds can also be used).

4. Increase or decrease the amount of light soy vinegar according to personal taste, mix it well and taste it, (I If you like, add more sesame oil and more vinegar).

Tips
I like the mung bean sprouts to taste better if they are blanched for a while (without the smell).
