Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) | tempeh ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make scrambled eggs with chili pepper

1.Prepare the chili eggs and black bean sauce

2. Remove the stems and seeds of the peppers , clean, drain, put on the cutting board and chop into pieces.

3. Add a little salt to the eggs in a bowl and a spoonful of cooking wine and mix well.

4. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add the eggs and fry until solid.

5.Use a spatula to break the eggs into small pieces and scoop them out.

6.Add chili and tempeh and stir-fry

7.Add salt and stir-fry
