How to make garlic mushrooms

1.Wash the enoki mushrooms, cut off the roots and place them on a plate.

2. Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and dried chili segments, and stir-fry until fragrant.

3.Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and salt to make seasoning.

4. Pour the seasoning on the steamed enoki mushrooms and steam for 7 minutes.
