Ingredients
Lotus root ( 一section ) | Green pepper ( 50g ) |
Red pepper ( 50g ) | Light soy sauce ( Adequate amount span> ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Vinegar (appropriate amount) |
Garlic ( appropriate amount ) |

1.Peel and dice lotus root

2.Green and red peppers Cut into small pieces

3. Boil water in a pot, put white vinegar in the water, and pour in the lotus root.Chuoshui

Tips
