Clear water ( Half basin ) |
How to make spicy and sour noodle fish (leak fish)

1.Put the prepared starch Mix well with water and set aside (add half more starch than in the picture)

2.Fire Add two bowls of water to boil

3.Pour the prepared starch water Stir again to prevent clumping, then pour into the pot

4. Small fire Boil until bubbling

Tips
