Mung bean sprouts ( 400g ) | Green peppers ( 2 ) |
Red pepper ( 1 piece ) | Chopped green onion ( 5g ) |
Minced garlic ( 10g ) | Light soy sauce ( 10g ) |
Balsamic vinegar ( 10g ) | Sesame oil ( a little ) |

Cold green How to make bean sprouts

1.Pick, wash and drain the bean sprouts Reserve
