Cucumber ( 2 ) | Garlic cloves ( 3 pieces ) |
Salt ( 2 grams ) | White sugar ( 2 grams ) |
MSG ( 1g ) | Light soy sauce ( 2 spoons ) |
Aged vinegar ( 1 spoon ) | Sichuan peppercorn oil ( 2 spoon ) |
Garlic slices and cucumber Method

1.Wash the cucumbers and cut off the heads and tails , top knife and cut into round slices.

2.Put it into a basin and add appropriate amount of garlic slices, light soy sauce and mature vinegar.

3.Add salt, sugar and MSG.

4.Add peppercorn oil.

5. Stir evenly and serve on a plate.

6.Finished product.Sweet and sour, crunchy.
