How to make scrambled eggs with tomatoes and fungus

1.Put a small amount of salt into the eggs, break them up and set aside

2.Soak the fungus in warm water and set aside

3. Slice garlic and set aside

4. Cut the tomatoes into cross-sections and blanch them in boiling water for 5 minutes

5.Wash the soaked fungus.Break into small pieces

6.Peel and cut tomatoes into cubes
