Star anise: regulates qi, relieves pain, and dispels cold
Ingredients
| Peanuts ( 1 catty ) | Soybean soy sauce ( 1 small bowl ) |
Eight anise ( 1 piece ) | Sweet noodle sauce ( 1 small bowl ) |
How to make soy peanuts

1.Soak peanuts overnight in advance.

2.Peel off the red coat (skin) of the peanuts.

3. Prepare ingredients: star anise ~ sweet noodle sauce ~ soybean soy sauce.

4. Blanch the peanuts with the red coat removed in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes , drain the water and pour it into a clean bottle.

5. Add sweet noodle sauce ~ star anise ~ soybean soy sauce to the wok

6. Turn on low heat and stir-fry the sauce in the pot until it bubbles, as shown in the picture.

7. Pour the fried sauce into the bottle containing peanuts.

8. Shake the bottle with your hands to evenly coat the peanuts with the sauce, then seal the bottle good.Marinate for 24 hours before eating.

9. Pickled peanuts for 24 hours.
Tips
Peanuts need to be soaked overnight, and the red skin is best.The time should be marinated for 24 hours to allow the peanuts to fully absorb the flavor.
