Ingredients
Tofu ( 1 piece ) | Green onion ( appropriate amount ) |

How to fry tofu

1.Prepare a piece of old tofu and cut it into small pieces

2.Seasoning sauce (salt, chicken essence, pepper, sugar, oyster sauce)

3.After the sauce is finished (add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce), stir well and set aside

4.Pot Put a small amount of oil in it, and put the tofu in order, first on low heat, then on medium heat

5.Be sure to lift the frying spoon and shake it during frying to avoid sticking.Remember to brush a small amount of oil several times

6. Fry both sides until they have a certain hardness and then take them out..

7. Take out 2/3 of the minced green onion, minced ginger, minced garlic, and shredded chili

8.Put a small amount of oil into the pot, I put a little too much oil

9.Add onion, ginger, garlic and chili shreds and saute until fragrant

10.After sauteing until fragrant, add tofu and lay it flat on top of the onion, ginger, garlic and chili shreds
11.Put in the previously prepared sauce and turn on high heat.But remember to shake it frequently to avoid sticking to the pan.

12. Completed.Then sprinkle the remaining minced green onions over the finished product.It would be better if it has coriander.
