How to make shredded potatoes and carrots in vinegar

1. Cut potatoes and carrots into shreds and set aside.

2. Heat the oil in the wok, add minced garlic and stir out the aroma , add shredded potatoes and carrots, stir-fry over high heat.

3. Stir-fry the shredded potatoes and carrots until they are raw, add salt and chicken essence , continue to stir-fry.

4. When the potato shreds and carrot shreds are flavorful and mature, cook in white vinegar.

5. Stir well over high heat and serve.

Tips
1.Soak the cut potato shreds in water for a while to wash off the starch.
2.Add a little more oil, otherwise it will stick to the pot.Do not add water in the middle.
