How to stir-fry carrots with zucchini

1.Peel and slice carrots and zucchini

2.Blanch carrots for two minutes

3. Blanch the carrots and filter the water

4.Hot pot and cold oil

5.Add zucchini and stir-fry for about a minute

6.Add carrots and continue to stir-fry for about three minutes.Add salt, use oil and stir-fry evenly before serving.
Tips
Blanching carrots is better because they are harder ripe
