Ingredients
Broccoli ( 400g ) | Light soy sauce ( 20g ) |
White sugar ( 3 grams ) | Oyster sauce ( 1 spoon span> ) |
Sichuan peppercorns, minced garlic, chili pepper, ginger ( A little of each ) | Cool boiled water ( appropriate amount ) |
How to dip broccoli in water

1.Cut the broccoli into small florets, rinse well, and soak in light salt water for about half an hour.

2. Add boiling water to the pot, blanch the broccoli until it is raw, remove and drain the water.

3. Put the blanched broccoli into the plate.

4. Take a small bowl and pour in light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, MSG, and boiled water , stir evenly.

5. Heat oil in a small shabu-shabu pot, add peppercorns, ginger slices, minced garlic, Dried chilies burst with fragrance.

6. Pour a little of the fried oil into the bowl, and the dipping sauce is ready.(The remaining oil can be used for frying other vegetables)

7.Finished product.Serve with broccoli as a dip.
Tips
1.Light soy sauce and oyster sauce already contain salt, so there is no need to add any more salt.Add sugar and MSG for freshness.
2.Soak broccoli in light salt water before blanching to sterilize it.
