How to stir-fry sour beans with cabbage

1.First, let’s take a picture of the finished product.

2. (All the following ingredients have been washed), green and red peppers shredded , shred the onion and slice the garlic.

3.Wash the cabbage, cut into shreds and serve on a plate.

4. Hot pot and cold oil.

5.Add in the peppercorns and saute until fragrant, take them out and throw them away.

6. Add the ingredients: garlic slices, onion shreds, green and red pepper shreds, and Prepare the diced sour beans in advance (I forgot to take a picture of the diced sour beans, so I will skip it here).Stir-fry the above ingredients over high heat until the aroma comes out.Be careful not to burn them.

7.Add the shredded cabbage and stir-fry quickly.

8. Stir well, add a small spoonful of salt, a small spoonful of oyster sauce, Because the beans themselves are a bit salty, less salt is added to the dish.

9.Continue to stir-fry until raw, add appropriate amount of mushroom essence.

10. Serve on a plate and serve.It tastes good and is suitable for the next day.It goes well with rice and steamed buns.
Tips
There are no tricks, just stir-fry over high heat and work quickly, because the cabbage itself does not release water, and this dish cannot be boiled in water.It will not taste good after cooking, so you must stir-fry quickly.
