How to make spinach with wide noodles

1. First let’s take a picture of the finished product.

2. Boil the wide noodles in a pot of water.

3. Cover the pot and simmer for 15 minutes.

4. The stewed vermicelli is soaked in cold water to make it taste better.

5.Pick clean spinach and blanch it.

6.Soak the blanched spinach in cold water.

7. Blanch the cut red pepper until raw.

8. 9.Put the blanched spinach, wide noodles and red pepper in a basin.
