Ingredients
Mung bean sprouts ( 300g ) | Leeks ( 50g ) |
Salt ( a small spoonful ) | Sugar ( a small spoon ) |
Cooking oil (appropriate amount) |
How to stir-fry mung bean sprouts with leek moss

1.Rinse the mung bean sprouts, soak in water for five minutes and drain the water

2.Wash the chives, cut off the chive flowers, and cut them into inch-long sections

3. Heat the pan with cold oil, add the mung bean sprouts and stir-fry over high heat for a few times
