How to make braised oil tofu

1.Wash the condiments and vegetables, cut them and set aside on a plate

2. Wash the fried tofu, cut it in half and put it on a plate for later use (the fried tofu cut in half is more flavorful)

3. Heat 6 pieces of oil in a pot, add garlic, then add small red pepper and stir-fry until fragrant

4. First turn off the heat, add soy sauce, salt, sugar, and a little green onion and stir-fry over high heat

5.Add an appropriate amount of water into the fried tofu, cover the pot and simmer over low heat for two minutes

6. When the juice is almost gone, add the remaining green onions and coriander and a little thirteen-spice seasoning and continue to stir-fry
