Cauliflower ( Half a head ) | Black fungus (20 or so ) |
Rapeseed oil ( 10ml ) | Lemonade ( 200ml ) |

MSG ( Adequate amount ) | Sesame ( a little ) |
chopped green onion ( appropriate amount ) | Minced garlic ( 3 pieces ) |
How to stir-fry black fungus with cauliflower

1. Prepare the ingredients: cut the cauliflower into small pieces, chop the green onions, and soak the black fungus in boiling water for 20 minutes, changing the water in the middle , if some fungus are larger after soaking, they can be reduced in size.

2.After the black fungus is soaked, prepare to put the cauliflower and black fungus into the cold water pot.Add salt and bring to a boil

3.Cover the pot and boil for 2-3 minutes

4. Remove the ingredients and rinse them with water.This way they will be brighter, crisper and tender

5.Set aside and filter the water for later use
6. Heat the pan, pour in the vegetable oil, add the minced garlic and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, stir-fry the cauliflower and fungus, add a little sugar and salt
7.Add 200ml of lemon water until the cauliflower is covered, and reduce the heat to low

8.When there is not much water, add MSG and chopped green onion

9. Take out the pot!
Tips
1: Don’t make the cauliflower too soft when burning
2: Lemon water can be omitted, replace it with cold water and add a little rice wine
